Ba Xian (八仙) is a Dan Cong Oolong from Feng Huang in Guandong Province. “Ba Xian” means “Eight Immortals” and refers to group of legendary xian (immortals) in Chinese mythology (“Ba Xian Guo Hai” — The Eight Immortals Cross the Ocean).
Tea has a distinct floral aroma of white magnolia. The aroma is voluminous and enshrouding.
Infusion is pure with a light-yellow color. This tea is a bit oily with a sweet honey flavor and a strong aftertaste.
