We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia via Priority Air Mail. Most orders are dispatched generally within one business day.
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. You can view applicable shipping rates during checkout. Free shipping on orders over $ 90.
You will receive a notification e-mail with tracking number when your order will be dispatched.
Delivery time varies due to the distance to the destination point. Most items will be received in 7-10 days, although some may take up to 14 days. Please be advised that international shipping requires complicated shipping procedures ( such as both countries customs, transit stations etc. ), sometimes it may take longer time for your order to arrive at the final destination. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Should your parcel not arrive after 6 weeks since posting please contact us and we will start investigating the matter.
Should we decide that your parcel is indeed lost in transit we will offer to re-ship without additional charges. We will re-ship the replacement parcel using the original shipping method you paid for.
To avoid any problems with the posting of your parcel: make sure that your correct address is on file with us. We will not be responsible for parcels sent to the wrong address if that is what you have given us.
We cannot be responsible for any import duties or taxes, customs restrictions, or other regulations that apply in countries where we send tea. We encourage you to speak with your local authorities.
In the event that the Customs Agency of your country disallows entry of the parcel we cannot be responsible. We will refund you for the amount you paid minus shipping (both to and returning from your country). Please be familiar with the customs requirements of your home country so that we can avoid un-necessary and costly problems and delays. Should you need documentation or invoices sent with the parcel please let us know at or before the time of purchasing.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Since tea is considered a food product, returns are hardly possible. If you have any issues with the product, we will gladly work with you to promptly address any concerns you may have. Purchases made with a credit card or debit card can be refunded to the same card within 3-7 business days.
